Mac OS X with Safari


  1. Open up a browser and try to go to any website. If you have a homepage set, it will do this step for you automatically.
  2. Once you try to browse to a website you will be taken to the main portal page. Click on the link under UTC USERS.
    Click the link under UTC USERS.
  3. You will then be asked to login to download the client software. Use your normal UTCID and password. Also make sure to pick Wireless Laptop from the drop down menu. Then click download.
    Enter your UTCID and password and pick Wireless Laptop from the drop down menu.
  4. The file will download to the Desktop by default.
  5. Browse to where the CSA.zip file was saved and extract the contents. Usually double-clicking on the zip file will accomplish this.
    Extract the contents of the .zip file.
  6. Now run the extracted CSA file to install the software. Once this software is installed it will run and then automatically uninstall itself.
    Run the extracted CSA file to install the software.
  7. Once the software finishes its tasks it will open up a page in Firefox telling you that you have successfully registered your computer. You can then browse the internet and *hopefully* you won't have to do this process again.
    You will see the results of the registration in Firefox.
